What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to pay for AI queries. Each query consumes credits based on complexity and model used. Your monthly credit pool resets each billing cycle, and you can purchase additional credit packs as needed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over between plans.
What Azure services are supported?
AzureIQ provides visibility across your entire Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Networking, Cosmos DB, App Services, and more. We support resource inventory, cost analysis, security assessment, and monitoring.
What Azure permissions are required?
AzureIQ requires Reader access to view resources, Cost Management Reader for cost data, Advisor Reader for recommendations, and Monitoring Reader for metrics and alerts. These are read-only RBAC roles that your Azure admin can assign.
How secure is AzureIQ?
We use enterprise-grade security with Azure Entra ID authentication, isolated per-user workspaces, comprehensive audit logging, and never store your document content permanently.
